Marie Kerline Charles is an educational expert with 10+ years in academia with an expertise in diverse populations, traditional and non-traditional students, STEM and business majors as well as curriculum design and program development. Marie is a well known strategic and organizational innovator. She’s developed and streamlined programs and workshops with faculty, political officials, academic administrators and community constituents for the advancement of high impact programming. Marie is a motivational speaker to young women and Founder of up and coming Choosing Beautiful Campaign. She’s also a risk-taker flying across country for singing opportunities of a lifetime in -  Japan, Belgium and Holland.
Marie is a proud first generation Haitian-American graduate. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health and Women's Studies from Rutgers University-Douglass College in New Brunswick, NJ and a Master's Degree in Public Health, Healthy Policy & Management and International Health from New York Medical College, NY.
