Jenny E. Campbell, M.A.Ed. is an education consultant, educator, certified college counselor, youth and parent advocate, mentor, and entrepreneur. A lifelong learner, she has a passion for education and empowering families in the college preparedness and application processes. This passion provided the foundation for her doctoral research topic: Does Parental Expectation Effect College Preparedness in High School Students? She provides holistic solutions to preparing, navigating, and succeeding in college, to first-generation college students, and families of color. Jenny is the owner and president of Retention Strategies Unlimited, a company she founded in 2018, to eradicate the disparity in the college application process for students of color. Her professional career encompasses various industries – magazine publishing, banking, higher ed, K-12 education, and counseling. She resides in Essex County with her husband, Joseph, and two of their four adult daughters
