Ms. Douglas has been working with underrepresented youths for the past fifteen (15) years. Her passion has always been to inspire and motivate low-income and first-generation high school students to become change agents in their own right within their homes, communities, and in the world. Ms. Douglas graduated from Kean University with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She has a master’s degree in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University. Ms. Douglas is currently the Associate Director of the Seton Hall University Upward Bound Program.
