Marie-Kerline Charles is an educational expert with 10+ years of experience in Higher Education. She is frequently recognized for being a strategic and organizational innovator. She’s developed high impact programs and workshops for faculty, political officials, academic administrators and community constituents for first generation college students. Currently, she is an adjunct professor at William Paterson University and the Assistant Director of College Readiness and Persistence at People's Prep Charter School. In her role at People's Prep, her passion is to bridge the gap between secondary and post secondary education and their professional careers. She is a servant leader with special interests in instructing and developing innovative and resilient professionals.
