Earl Brown is the Executive Director of Earl Brown Education Consulting that focuses on adding value and strategic planning to school districts, colleges, and organizations. He is an education transformation leader and business executive with over 15 years of experience in educational management, business leadership, and community development. Earl is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He currently services as a Board Member for both Newark Workforce Development Board and the Newark YMCA. Earl is also currently a faculty member at both Montclair State University and Rider University, teaching Strategic Business Communications. He attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Management from Virginia Tech University, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University.
