The Marion P. Thomas Charter School (MPTCS) Foundation was established to provide financial support for Marion P. Thomas Charter School students. A non-profit, tax-exempt organization, the Foundation’s fundraising efforts primarily focus on providing scholarships for MPTCS’ graduating seniors who move on to college and accredited post-secondary programs. Since 2004, thanks to the generosity of corporate and individual donors, more than $750,000 in scholarships have been awarded to well-deserving students. This support helps to close the fiscal gap for students who have diligently worked to gain access to quality educational institutions but need help to overcome financial barriers.
